SHIPPING POLICY

We offer reliable shipping to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

UK Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Shipping Costs:

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over £30

  • Standard shipping under £30: £3.99

  • Express shipping: calculated at checkout

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Shipping:
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Period:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at winervotos@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will send you the return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
